6. Timber Products – Cancellation & Returns

This section applies to all bespoke, built-to-order timber products, including tortoise tables, stands, mesh lids, gates, and hibernation boxes.

Orders may be cancelled before construction begins, with a refund issued minus any PayPal fees incurred.

If cancelled after construction has commenced, a £40 cancellation fee will apply and be deducted from the refund.

Once construction is complete, the order cannot be cancelled.

Due to the bespoke nature of these products, timber items are non-returnable and non-refundable once delivered, unless faulty.

7. Faulty or Damaged Goods

We will assess the issue and, where appropriate, offer a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with consumer law.

All products are intended for animal housing or accessories only and must be used as described.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure products are suitable for their specific animal and environment.
