Accessories – Cancellation & Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with any accessory item purchased, you may return it within 7 working days of receipt for an exchange or refund.

Please note:

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Items must be returned unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.

You may cancel an order for accessories at any time prior to dispatch without providing a reason.

The cancellation period expires 7 days after the day you, or a third party nominated by you (other than the carrier), take physical possession of the goods. Where an order is delivered in multiple consignments, the cancellation period ends 7 days after receipt of the final item.

Timber Products – Cancellation & Returns

This section applies to all built-to-order timber products, including but not limited to tortoise tables, stands, mesh lids, gates, and hibernation boxes. Please review these terms carefully before placing an order.

You may cancel your order at any time before construction begins. Any payments made will be refunded, less any PayPal transaction fees incurred.

If an order is cancelled after construction has commenced, a £40 cancellation charge will apply and will be deducted from the refund.

Once construction is complete, the order cannot be cancelled.

Due to the bespoke, made-to-order nature of these products, timber items cannot be returned or refunded once delivered.

Effects of Cancellation

If you cancel your order in accordance with the terms above:

We will reimburse all payments received where the order is cancelled prior to dispatch or prior to construction.

A deduction may be made for any loss in value resulting from unnecessary handling of the goods.

Refunds will be processed without undue delay.

Reimbursements will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction.
