Accessories Cancellation/Returns Policy
If you are not entirely happy with the items supplied against any order, simply return them, within 7 working days, for either an exchange or a refund. Please note: you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us, and they must be returned in an unused condition in their original packaging.
You have the right to cancel any order before it is dispatched without giving any reason.
This cancellation period will expire after 7 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, acquires physical possession of the goods, or in the case of multiple goods delivered in separate consignments, when possession of the last of the goods is so acquired.
To cancel or return, you must inform us by email, text or phone, alan@petandtortoiseworld.co.uk 07857 787797 of your decision.
Timber Products Cancellation/Returns Policy
This section refers to all built to order timber products (tortoise tables, stands, mesh lids, gates, hibernation boxes, etc). Please be aware of these terms before purchasing.
You have the right to cancel any order before it is built without giving reason. A refund of any payments will be made minus Paypal fees incurred by us.
Any item cancelled once building has commenced will incur a £40 charge, which will be deducted from the refund. Once building is complete the order cannot be cancelled.
Unfortunately due to the nature of the business, all items are bespoke products built to order so once delivered they cannot be returned for a refund.
Effects of cancellation
If you cancel your order, we will reimburse all payments received from you if cancelled before dispatch/unbuilt.
We will make a deduction for the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.
We will make the reimbursement without undue delay.
We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction.
