We offer a range of delivery services depending on the size and weight of your order. Mainland orders are dispatched with Hermes for small items and Parcelforce tracked for larger items.
Standard delivery on most tables is APC 24 Hr.
All European orders are sent via Parcelforce Euro Priority, other international orders are sent via Parcelforce Global Express except from USA which is sent via UPS but we do ask you to contact us for a quotation before placing your order.
Additional postage charges may apply to the to the following areas:- Scottish postcodes AB, HS, IV, KA27 & 28, KW, PA20 and above, TR21-25 and ZE. Northern and Southern Ireland, Scottish Isles, Channel Isles and all other Islands off the mainland.These additional charges, if required, will be calculated by location and weight.
Any courier damage must be reported within 24hrs of delivery and a return for repair will be organised.
Delivery schedule
All items are built to order and we endeavour to dispatch your order as quickly as possible. Normal dispatch times are 10 - 15 business days however during periods of high demand dispatch times can increase. Dispatch times are kept up to date on the website and will also be displayed on your order confirmation email.
Dispatch times are based on business days only, saturday, sunday and bank holidays are not included.
Smaller orders are sent via Hermes and delivery usually takes 2-3 working days (from date of dispatch). If you have not received your parcel within this time we suggest you contact Hermes to ensure they are not holding a package for you.
For mainland UK orders we use APC 24Hr (next day) but on rare occasions in the APC network a delay can occur, which we have no control over and cannot accept liability. International orders are usually delivered in 2-3 business days but sometimes customs clearance can incur small delays.
The Carrier service we use to deliver our goods to you will require a signature upon delivery) as due to the value of the items they cannot be left without confirmation of delivery. We have strict instructions with the couriers to abide by this.
If an order is unable to be delivered our carrier service will notify you and will attempt a re-delivery, but if this is again unsuccessful and the parcel is returned to us, we have to reserve the right to charge an additional carriage fee to meet any additional costs we might have incurred.
If you refuse to accept an order from our delivery service, any charges incurred will be taken from any refunds.
On dispatch a tracking number will be supplied along with the courier website information.
In order to make any claim your address must be 100% complete and postcode must be 100% correct with no errors, any errors or omissions will result in any claim been rejected. Any courier damage must be reported within 48 Hours of receiving the product otherwise no claim can be made.
